We know that asking for a little help in your home can sometimes  be a  hard decision and we make sure we are professional and sensitive with all of our customers.

We tailor our services to your needs and make sure our customers feel comfortable with our home help service.

To do this we:

• Arrange for one of our Customer Care Team to visit you and find out more about your requirements and tell you a little more about our services.
• Provide the same home help as much as possible to give you consistency and reassurance of who is coming to your home.
• Provide ongoing customer training to all of our home helps.
• Have an office on the main road in Choppington, Northumberland where our Customer Care Team are based to give you regular courtesy calls and access to the team to help you with any queries.
